5star … just always 5star. I have measurable progress yielding results I could only dream of a few years ago. This is an amazing piece of equipment but without the correct coaching is pointless. In my experience Nina’s coaching is exceptional.

During my session this morning, I progressed to a few new movements, and Nina’s exceptional understanding of the reformer, combined with her precise attention to detail, ensured I felt secure throughout. The reformer never lies. Incredible attention to detail … I am learning so much. First time on the reformer three years ago - today (twice a week) I am a fitter healthier stronger person.
