I came upon the Peaceful Soul a year or so ago. I did my Reiki 1 and 2 with Detzi and both trainings were amazing. She is friendly, calm, welcoming, beautiful,funny and ourstandingly professional. I never leave feeling disappointed. Just recently i attended a Shamanic healing session, once again absolutely blown away . Completely amazing and i am looking forward already for the next session 🙌🏻 Shame i can only give 5 stars. ☀️💖🌙

The massage was great! It was my first time there. I booked a whole body session and Sasha was very nice and friendly. She used some really nice oils and relaxing music in the background and made sure I was always comfortable, tailored the massage to my needs and even showed me some exercises for better posture. I 100% recommend this place and will book again!

Excellent! I have visited Physios and Chiropractors in the past with no one alleviating my symptoms or offering a solution. So just put it down to menopause and age. I googled for someone local to me to try a lymphatic drain. XForce popped up! I am so pleased it did! Lyndsey explained everything, the treatments was good and I felt the benefits. During the treatment I felt tender & tight in a lot of muscles so I have recently been for a sports massage. I did not realise how tight my muscles were. I m not going to lie it brought tears to my eyes however walking back I strode out and felt good,

I recently had surgery and was recommended by my surgeon to have lymphatic drainage massage. My first session was absolutely amazing – I had the best night’s sleep afterwards! I’ve now been going weekly, and I can really feel the difference. I genuinely look forward to each session. Lyndsay is brilliant – she’s very knowledgeable, professional, and such a lovely person. Lyndsay is amazing at what she does, very professional and talks you through everything. Went in with a very painful back neck and shoulders that had built up over years and after the first session my muscle pain had more of less gone. Had my second session yesterday and it’s the best it’s ever been and I feel amazing. Thank you so much x
