Nice relaxing environment, POM gave a really good massage, focused on the areas that needed the most attention. When I found the pressure too much Pom adjusted at my request. All in all a good deep massage, my aches and tightness has been eased. Will defo be back

Have been seeing Paul regularly for a while now for various sports niggles. Today I saw him for a tension headache I’ve had for two weeks. He explained the possible cause and worked really deeply on my neck and shoulders. He gave me some advice for what I can do at home too. Headache is now far less of a problem. Paul is a great listener and is so good at explaining what might be going on in your body.

I booked my boyfriend in for a sports therapy massage as a birthday present. From the moment we walked in I knew the place deserved all the 5 star ratings it receives. The massage therapist discussed his previous injuries in detail and understood his concern areas. Throughout the massage she also made sure to address these concerns. The service we received today was 10/10 and I cannot recommend anymore. We will be back for a couples massage!

Really great experience with Paul today. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to properly understand my injury. What I liked most is that he’s a proper physio who genuinely understands the body and actually treats the area properly rather than rushing through the appointment. He explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable and gave really helpful advice. I left feeling much more confident about my recovery and would highly recommend him.😊

I had a Swedish massage and it did wonders. I asked for medium pressure and the main focus to be my rear deltoids. I had the luxurious and skilled Pun doing my massage. She did amazing. A good combination of soft and firm. She really worked on my knots. Insured that the pressure was appropriate for my needs. A good ratio of oil and tiger balm was used. I felt relaxed and recovered from all the soreness and tender aches to feeling refreshed and new ✨ Thank you

First ever lymphatic drainage massage. Wasn’t sure what to expect but it was amazing and felt very relaxed and energised afterwards. The ginger tea after was a lovely extra and I’ll definitely be back again

This is my second visit to Paul and I was really impressed I described my issues and he knew exactly what to do help me I left the appointment feeling good and could feel a real difference would recommend Paul and have a gym which although I haven’t used yet but had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
