You can tell that Steff has in depth knowledge and experience, he was really thorough evaluating the problem with my knee. Have been given numerous exercises to help with recovery but also an insight to why it happened. Would definitely recommend Steff based on my experience. Professional and great service.

Unbelievable experience! Everything was explained in great detail and I was shown some great exercises to improve my mobility. Can't recommend SW Rehab and performance enough! Looking forward to coming back and showing some improvements in a few weeks time!

Fantastic service. I’d been suffering pain in the arch of the right foot for about 6 months. GP had suggested foot exercises, but they weren’t reducing the inflammation. Really friendly service, reduced the tension in my foot and now I feel foot exercises will maintain a stable situation. Well worth the money to have pain free walking again.

Very good first meeting. Careful early discussions of my issues and then identification of the physical problem and treatment action required.

Had a great first consultation with Kayne this evening. He was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to pinpoint the source of my back pain and apply therapy.

I went to steff after having trouble with my lower back for approximately 8weeks. I’ve had 2 sessions with him now and I feel great, his professionalism and knowledge is top class. Would highly recommend.

Steph has been really great with helping myself with muscle pain relief has offered some good advice and physio services looking forward to going back to my next appointment
