I’ve had three somatic therapy sessions with Nerys and each one was completely different. Somatic therapy helps release stored emotions by tuning into the body. My first session was intense with unexpected fear, the second was calming and left me feeling light, and the third felt surreal, like I was visiting the future. Nerys was incredibly patient and gently guided me through each experience. Her support made me feel safe throughout. Highly recommended if you're open to deep, body-based healing.

Svetlana was amazing! It’s tough to find a massage therapist who’s not afraid to give really firm pressure, but she really knew how to give a deep tissue massage and I walked out feeling 1000x better.

An amazing experience for a full body massage. Keren made everything was perfect. She went to extra lengths to massage my feet and my back where I have issues and used pure essential oils. No artificial products which is great as I have sensitive skin. I highly recommend!
