I’ve had three somatic therapy sessions with Nerys and each one was completely different. Somatic therapy helps release stored emotions by tuning into the body. My first session was intense with unexpected fear, the second was calming and left me feeling light, and the third felt surreal, like I was visiting the future. Nerys was incredibly patient and gently guided me through each experience. Her support made me feel safe throughout. Highly recommended if you're open to deep, body-based healing.

That was my first therapy massage with Nerys, and I could tell that Nerys know what she is doing. She could easily find trigger points, which she got rid of. Massage was pleasant and relaxing. I could definitely recommend Nerys.

I had a Sheer Therapy Signature Treatment with Nerys Donaldson on the 1st of September. WOW! It was absolutely fantastic, I had a lot of body pain but after that massage, she helped my body pain! I am over the moon! I would highly recommend to everyone:)

I loved the massage, Cairyn did a deep massage and actually needed it my body appreciates it, I love her hands an excellent massage.

Barbora was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgable and always checked in to make sure I was okay throughout with pressure etc. One of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had, will definitely be booking back in with her soon.

Filomena was incredible. She really paid attention to what I was asking for during our consultation, and the massage itself was exceptional - the best I’ve had! And she was very kind and friendly. I’ll definitely return!

My first time with Michal. The massage room is peaceful and clean with a pleasant ambience. The physical assessment identified a number of areas that required work and I can honestly say that the massage picked out those areas that needed attended too. I have more to be done and I’m really looking forward to it.

After Therapy l feel much better like new back what else l can say first class Therapy .

This was my second visit to MB Fusion, and I can see myself becoming one of Michal's regulars! I feel like he listens to my issues and is determined to help me prevent them in future. He takes a holistic approach to therapy and he seems to instinctively know what techniques to use to ease my problem areas. My main issue this time was tension in my neck, and it has vastly improved since my massage. I will definitely be back.
