Grace is a truly skilled therapist. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident from the start, and she intuitively found and treated areas of tightness and tension I hadn’t even realised I was carrying. She worked thoroughly on my knots while still keeping the treatment relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, lighter and completely at ease. Highly recommended.

A Massage from Sophie at Bone and Body Healing . I've been dealing with a nagging leg pain for a while, and after just one session with Sophie at Bone and Body Healing, the difference is incredible. She was amazing—she really listened to my concerns and focused on the problem area. Sophie managed to work out all the knots and, and I felt a reduction in pain almost immediately. My leg feels so much better and the pain that was bothering me is completely gone. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a skilled and effective massage therapist. I will be back for another session with Sophie.

Sophie was welcoming & made me feel at ease right away. Lovely, purpose-built studio was very comfortable. The acupuncture was pleasant, with a relaxing head & neck massage/ manipulation. Felt more relaxed after.
