Michele took the time to explain exactly what the PRP treatment involved,answered every question I had in detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout every step.What stood out most was her gentle yet precise approach. Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.

Montra Massage & Spa deserves a solid 5 stars! The atmosphere was serene, with calming decor and music. My massage was fantastic. Excellent treatment and aftercare advice. Teresa was able to give an invaluable insight into the injured area. This awareness helps to continue the rehabilitation at home. .

Vicky is very attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. Her innate desire to help combined with her skills makes her an excellent therapist. Highly recommended.

As I've said before, Theresa is a true professional and a great practitioner of her craft. Recent severe back disorders were identified, treated, and a rehab programme put into place.

I recently tried another physio treatment clinic ( Physio Fitness @ Hurn) as I had heard positive things. I block booked some sessions, and after 3 months I was in as much pain as when I started! Not good! So, I looked elsewhere and booked in with Jason. After two sessions, I was pain-free! Totally and highly recommend Jason.

Thanks to the massage therapist for the quality work. After the session, I feel light and relaxed. The technique is excellent, there is a sense of professionalism. I recommend this specialist!

It was a very good therapy .... Big difference

First time in over 20 years that I have had a chiropractor or physio actually manipulate my ankle in such a fashion that it started to realign back to the normal ankle joint. Also fixed my shoulder in readiness for playing badminton that evening. Both ankle and shoulder were great but I will need to go back, unprompted by Sukhothai who are clearly not involved in the usual 10 sessions and we see how it goes approach. Need manipulation of the ankle to continue with re-alignment and also shoulder started to ache again after 3-4 days. Superb!!

The therapist is very good and knowledgeable and has managed to give me quite a lot of relief. However. A 20 minute appointment beginning at 11.30 ended before 11.45. £45 is expensive for 12/13 minutes of treatment
