My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

Montra Massage & Spa deserves a solid 5 stars! The atmosphere was serene, with calming decor and music. My massage was fantastic. Nisa is very a skilled therapist with great technique, she's always warm and professional. Great value, easy booking, and I’m already excited to return. Highly recommended.

Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.

Whatever I expected, this experience exceeded it in every way! My first time visiting Freeda and Michelle for a ZO peel. I’ve had many skin peels, facials and treatments in my time but never one this AMAZING. I felt pampered in every sense, and my former experiences of having peels were never what I would describe as “pampering”. She greeted me as if I were a close friend and is so precious. She’s also so beautiful, ethical and knowledgable about her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and have already booked in my next session. I wish I could see her every week! The salon is stunning!

Claire is a very knowledgeable and experienced therapist. I previously received excellent massages from her, I am now having lymphatic treatments (in a hope to rebalance and reduce inflammation). I know I am in the best hands, and I look forward to receiving further treatments.

As I've said before, Theresa is a true professional and a great practitioner of her craft. Recent severe back disorders were identified, treated, and a rehab programme put into place.

I recently tried another physio treatment clinic ( Physio Fitness @ Hurn) as I had heard positive things. I block booked some sessions, and after 3 months I was in as much pain as when I started! Not good! So, I looked elsewhere and booked in with Jason. After two sessions, I was pain-free! Totally and highly recommend Jason.
