This is my third session and each and every time I feel so much better when I leave then When I first arrived. The experience is very relaxing, it has minimal discomfort and helps me to feel so much more relaxed and energised. It’s private, it’s warm, it’s inviting and secure, Mona is really welcoming and professional, I don’t think I could have anyone else do hijama for me other than her because she’s honestly the best!

I normally have massage with Sophie (who is an absolute life saver), but Louis is incredible in a different way. I came in with several specific pain related issues, and by the end of a very thorough session it already made a huge difference. I had much better mobility and no pain with movements that were previously painful. I would definitely recommend Louis.

I have been fortunate enough to meet some amazing people within the Cura Co Hijama Cupping Therapy. The course content was very unique and it was more than what I expected. Our teacher Chanel Moteleone was very knowledgeable and her energy was just amazing and she helped me so much during the course with all the insights that she offered. Sophie is always amazing with her massage therapy. I see her for pregnancy related pain. This is the second pregnancy I am getting treatment for. She really understands the body in a holistic way and always finds the root of my pain, not just the areas I indicate are sore etc. I walk away like I’ve been slightly battered haha. But always feeling a million times lighter overall. Would always recommend.

Always a great therapy

Louis was a great therapist who targeted the painful areas that I was suffering from. He is a good listener, has a good knowledge of the body muscles and how they function. I felt lot of relief after this treatment and hope to make few appointments before Christmas break.

Alesha was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process. Amazing experience! Felt such a deep sense of relief, both physically and mentally.

Soph is simply the best massage therapist I've seen. Soph can not only find the sore spots but works along the muscles to relieve the pain in the surrounding areas which are causing the issue. Put this with other techniques she uses and I come away from every massage feeling so much better. The massage not only relieves pain, but also helps with tension, mood and sleep. I can't recommend muscle essence and Sophie enough.
