Absolutely loved doing this workshop! The breath work part was surprisingly challenging & I wasn’t expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. I felt incredibly supported when doing the cold plunge, even though it was scary, I felt safe & was very proud of myself to be able to do the full 2 mins. Thanks so much team!

I had an incredible experience! The guidance, support, and care were truly exceptional. I tried the ice bath to boost my health, and the breathwork we practiced beforehand was transformative—it made me feel 10 years younger and gave me the strength to embrace the ice bath with confidence. The benefits for my health were undeniable, and I can’t wait to return for more! - hopefully next week.
