Love this place I drive 4 hrs at least once a week sometimes twice a week for my Red Light Therapy & Full Body Cryotherapy definitely helps my body .. the staff are fantastic too … well worth the drive !

I had my first Full Body Cryotherapy session at Breathe, and it was amazing. Chloe was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and making me feel at ease. The session left me feeling deeply relaxed, and I could sense positive changes in my body. The atmosphere is calming and perfect for wellness and relaxation. I’m convinced cryotherapy is for me and can’t wait for my next session. Thank you, Chloe and the Breathe team, for a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The cryotherapy experience is a must to help me both physically and mentally. I walked in with sore leg muscles and left without any pain.

Very professional staff. Very knowledgeable and I had complete confidence in their ability. Such a great experience and I felt that the red light therapy and sauna are very good for health and wellness. Such a wonderful space.

First time attending and experiencing WRL protocol.- red light therapy, sauna, compression boots and float tank. Loved them all, especially the float tank, most freeing feeling! Highly recommend

I had such a fantastic experience at Breathe WRL! The red light therapy session left me feeling relaxed, recharged, and so much lighter in my body. The space itself is calming and welcoming, and the staff are warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your wellbeing. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely comfortable the whole time. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly, such an incredible place for recovery, detox, and overall wellness!

The staff are very welcoming and professional. they help keep my body mobile for over 12mths. whether it is full body cryotherapy or localised to compression boots. they are the go to place

Charmaine was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Breathe WRL is a muscle recovery and wellbeing service not a day spa (relaxation). IR Sauna and room facilities were pleasant. Seating space in the sauna is limited to upright sitting only. Recommend option to lay down would be incredible. Not convinced compression boots were effective in reducing muscle soreness / fast tracking recovery for myself - may work betters for others. Cryotherapy at -120C for 3 mins was a good experience but expected more. Think I’ll try -140C next time (enjoy cold showers and the rare ice bath).

Great. I appreciate, how I can easily book online for same day appointments because for someone with a chronic illness, this means I can come when I am feeling up to it and not lose my appointments. The cryotherapy feels great for me today. And the staff are just so nice. Thanks.

Loved the experience for LED bed and Cryotherapy. Can’t fault how we were treated. All treatments were explained perfectly and we had lots of fun doing it

I enjoyed my cryotherapy session today. Layla was very welcoming and friendly. The space was nice and I felt quite comfortable. And after the cryotherapy I felt quite energised and refreshed.

Unbelievable facilities and even better hospitality. Massive shout out to Phil and Amber for coming in early to assist our soccer team in recovery before our big game, leading us to a 10-0 victory. Cryotherapy, inferred sauna and novitec compression boots was very much needed and will definitely be back again very soon
