I am so glad I found Inner Shine. Michelle has the kindest energy that instantly makes you feel so safe. I am really benefitting from the EFT sessions, which allow me to feel all my feels without judgement or shame, accept them and bring love to them. Having Reiki afterwards helps relax and refresh my mind, body and soul.

Second time I have had reiki with Michelle but this time I also had the crystals as well. It was amazing I could feel the energy of the crystals I can put feeling energized and completely happy I'm finding myself humming and singing something I have not done in a long time. Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

If only I could give 10 stars I would!

Alison was so good at making me feel at ease on this my first reflexology visit. I was informed in detail, which again was excellent. The experience was one I'm hoping to continue with once I see how the next couple of days go.

I returned to My Reiki Room today after months away. I immediately felt in a safe space with Anna and comfortable to chat about anything! It’s always a gorgeous hour spent in a beautiful setting 🩷
