Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

I take part in Brazilian Jiujitsu, football, weight lifting, and hiking, so my muscles are constantly tight. Shelby was excellent in helping me with my first body cryotherapy.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. The facility is nice, cosy and very clean. Thank you to all team members! I will definitely come back in the future. And in the meantime I wish you all the best! Renata

Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.

I thoroughly enjoyed my cryotherapy session and my muscles are still tingling from the procedure an hour later as I write this review. Shelby was very informative about the process and her friendly presence was most welcome throughout the experience as I was in the chamber.

Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.

As a female client, I felt comfortable at all times, and he maintained a professional demeanour throughout. He also took the time to consult with me in depth to determine the root cause of my pain. I had a great experience at Therapy fit. The analysis and information I was given prior to the massage was great and I'll be definitely taking into account in my daily life going forward. My hamstring feels way looser since the treatment so I'd definitely recommend to all who are debating whether it's worth it, I found it very good & will be revisiting.

Highly recommend, I've tried a lot of different sports treatments before and TherapyFit is up there with the best. Balbinder is really thorough and knowledgeable and I haven't experienced such quick results before. I didn't feel at all rushed like I have previously in other places, overall extremely good value for money.

Had my sports Therapy massage today and wow! The service I received was amazing. Bal was very knowledgeable I explained my problem areas and went through the assessment. He identified the problem and targeted that area for the massage. After 2 months of lower back pain and discomfort I walked out of session feeling amazing and no pain or discomfort.
