I'm very pleased with progress made and with Farah's attention to detail with my condition. She is also very friendly, gentle and caring. Been going to King Thai Therapy for 3 years and my experience has always been amazing. I have since had 3 pregnancy massages with Saranya and she’s been great, attentive and friendly. I love every time I go there and will be returning after baby is born. Thanks to all the other lovely staff.

Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. Aftercare was also great, Farah emailed me a list of exercises to target my problem areas to try at home. I have since recommended Therapyfit Clinic to a number of work colleagues. Thank you Farah.

Yesterday I had a very relaxing shoulder and back massage. My masseur Nudy was both professional and pleasant. She made me feel comfortable throughout the session. My first visit to this Thai Therapy was simply exceptional. From the serene ambiance to the skilled therapists, every aspect exceeded my expectations. It was my visit in over a year to King Thai and I have to say that they simply head and shoulders above any other massage therapy centre I’ve visited. Nudy is exceptional at what she does - she identified the problem areas without me having to direct her and the massage was brilliant. I certainly won’t be going anywhere else in the future!

Shelby was excellent in helping me with my first body cryotherapy.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. The facility is nice, cosy and very clean. Thank you to all team members! I will definitely come back in the future. And in the meantime I wish you all the best! Renata

Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.

My experience with TherapyFit has been amazing. Farah is also so helpful at providing aftercare and long-term advice.

I thoroughly enjoyed my cryotherapy session and my muscles are still tingling from the procedure an hour later as I write this review. Shelby was very informative about the process and her friendly presence was most welcome throughout the experience as I was in the chamber.

Bal at TherapyFit is an expert at what he does, really listened to my concerns about my pain and made sure to target it. As a female client, I felt comfortable at all times, and he maintained a professional demeanour throughout. He also took the time to consult with me in depth to determine the root cause of my pain. I would highly recommend, I will definitely return to TherapyFit in the near future.

I had a great experience with Farah during my massage therapy

Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.

I attended TherapyFit for a consultation and lymphatic drainage massage treatment with Farah. Farah was very professional and knowledgeable explaining everything clearly before and during the massage ensuring I was comfortable at all times. Additionally providing guidance on how to perform the massage myself and aftercare requirements with a supporting email. Farah also highlighted another problem area which I was aware of but never mentioned which I was impressed with. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend TherapyFit for all sports therapy and treatments required.

Professional, knowledgeable, put me at ease straight away as someone who has never had a massage. Will definitely be back for maintenance massages now I understand and can see first hand the benefits of TherapyFit.
