As always the utterly lovely Dottie was warm, reassuring and kind. Great selection of earrings for my teen to choose from, through explanation of the ear piercing process and lots of time given to prepare and relax ahead of each ear being pierced. Cannot thank Keisha enough, I was nervous about my appointment due to hearing it was a painful treatment but I had nothing to be nervous about. Keisha was very professional from start to finish, talked me through everything we was doing, made sure I was comfortable at all times and not in pain, made sure the colour I wanted was perfect as I'm extremely fussy! Would highly recommend anyone to go to Keisha for their treatments, she's an absolute perfectionist and my lips look STUNNING! Thank you so much I will be back!

Everything was explained with so much clarity and confidence that I felt like I was in the hands of a literal piercing oracle.
