I had a wonderful spa experience at Sala. Despite the gloomy, wet weather, Dineo made the experience comfortable and cozy. The massage was relaxing, and the facial left my skin refreshed and glowing. Will definitely make Sala a regular stop during my visits to Ballito.

Sala spa is everything I could ask for and more. The aesthetics and architecture take you to a private island in the Maldives. The textures and neutrals are so relaxing. I love the products used. It is definitely a new favourite.

My spa treatments were exceptional. Dee was welcoming and professional. The spa is beautiful and clean, and they only use and retail top of the range skincare products. My treatments lasted their exact duration, and boy were they lovely. The best I’ve had in SA so far. My 3 course lunch was also very enjoyable, with stunning views. Noxolo and Mzamo made sure I had the time of my life. 10/10 would recommend

Second time here at Sala Beach Spa and it was just as incredible! The staff are amazing and friendly, the treatments were lovely and the cocktails were tasty 😋 Will definitely be back! And highly recommend!

One of the best spas on the North Coast. I treated my mum to a massage for her birthday, and from the moment we arrived we felt truly looked after. The therapists worked wonders on our stiff shoulders and genuinely went the extra mile — we were treated as if we were hotel guests. Relaxing by the fire with a cappuccino and complimentary cake was such a lovely touch. They really made a fuss of us and made us feel so welcome and special. We will definitely be back!

Thando was amazing The pool was great but should have a sign saying how deep it it Also demark the areas with steps so it’s visible u could dive into them by mistake Food was exceptional Thando did my spa and my mom it was exceptional No photos policy needs to be reviewed Especially at the table I understand of the area

The Spa experience was excellent. Lovely massages at a beautiful tranquil setting. Loved the Sauna after the massages. Sadly the payment was not picked up so it was not a peaceful end to a relaxed morning. The signage to the Sala Beach House is also poorly displayed on a very busy road

Thank you for a beautiful experience at Sala.. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The set up absolutely incredible.. We had a full day at the Spa. Sauna, body scrub, massage, facial.. We felt like butter.. We then enjoyed a delicious lunch on the deck overlooking the ocean followed my a mani, pedi, cheese and fruit platter and coffee to end the day... It was a 5 star experience and we can't wait to come back.

Positives: Beautiful spot; my therapist Nikki was lovely - very professional and bubbly and the lunch was delicious and setting incredible. What could have taken it from good to great for me... - Given our warm climate the gowns are too hot need something lighter - Spa seemed overbooked I needed to change in the sauna as there were other peoples clothes in the 2 bathrooms - I had an allergy to the eye product used which can happen but feel additional training on how to address this could help - left with puffy eyes -Booking mentions use of spa facilities but this wasn't explained

The experience was amazing, the staff was so kind, welcoming and very helpful. The facilities were clean and well presentable. Sala Beach Spa is definitely a place to be visited and I encourage all those which want to relax and take some time off to relax should definitely visit Sala Beach Spa.

I had the most relaxing morning/afternoon. Great for a midweek escape, the aesthetics and views of the establishment are beautiful ! I had a spa treatment ( 10/10) and a delicious three course lunch . The staff is warm and welcoming .
