My daughter and I went for a package deal. We were carried on their hands from the word go. The ladies are friendly, polite and well trained. The prices are good and the premises beautifull. I really enjoyed the experience and can recommend them any time. Feeling so relaxed and spoilt.

I have never had a capsule experience before and for the first time this was by far one of the most rejuvenating experiences I’ve ever had. It eased the tension in my body, relaxed my muscles and after a strenuous workout made me feel so calm. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it and would highly recommend.

Yanelisa is a superstar. I had an amazing massage session! The therapist was skilled and attentive, and the ambiance was super relaxing. They really listened to what I needed and tailored the massage to perfection. Felt like I was in heaven 😌. Highly recommend!

My sister and I had such a wonderful experience. We both enjoyed the full service pedicure by Kamo and Thato and it was honestly amazing. The atmosphere was so relaxing and therapeutic, exactly what we needed. The attention to detail was outstanding, and we felt completely pampered from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Prim & Proper Salon and Spa services.

Michelle at Jia Life is THE BEST therapist I have every had the pleasure of having an experience with and I have been to Camelot, lagoon beach spa and taj hotel spa and many other spas but I have never felt so relaxed and calm during and after a massage. She is so knowledgeable, educated, trained and masterfully skilled that I feel safe being treated by her. I also especially value the cleanliness of her spa and towels and this is an issue for me.

Staff are very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Beautiful, relaxing, setting. All the treatments were as promised. Have already booked my next spa day!

The best I have ever had. Not only was I spoilt and treated like a princess, but got so much advise from Candice for many other important skin care and treatments. My nails look amazing and exactly what I wanted. She is so precise, neat and a absolute perfectionist. I felt so welcome and her friendly smile made it so worth every second during my treatment. One of the most relaxing treatments with such special attention in comfortable surroundings. I will never go anywhere else again! I strongly suggest to take a look at the treatments she offers as she has many and she is very informative.

Yesterday my friend & I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful establishment, and I must say, the service was EXCELLENT! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the manager was incredibly kind. They made us feel right at home! The massages were truly great and relaxing, and the entire atmosphere was so calm and serene. Everything was taken care of, and we felt completely pampered. I'll definitely be coming back for more. This has honestly been the best Spa Ive been to!

The aesthetic of the Spa is absolutely beautiful and serene. The therapist was amazing. I love how she sits down with you to consult on problem areas and general health before you start your massage. The massage was amazing too. Focusing on all my tense areas and leaving me completely relaxed. A complete bonus is the stunning coffees they serve here too. Highly recommend.
