I had the Indian head massage with Angela, it was just amazing. Angela is a truly spiritual being; I felt so relaxed and cared for in her presence. Not only is she a superb massage therapist, but her gentle warmth allowed me the space to release some deep rooted wounds. It was excellent from start to finish. Lovely space. Therapist excellent. Had indian head massage which was fab. Professional & yet a very welcoming space.

Fabulous experience, first time using infrared sauna, would highly recommend. Staff are wonderful also!

First experience . Staff was pleasant and helpful. I utilised the infrared sauna. She gave me privacy for the entire hour and even a bit of extra time to change back into my clothes. Thoroughly explained what I can expect and she offered me water to top up my bottle if I needed to hydrate. I will definitely go back

Reflexology....I highly recommend it...words can't describe how wonderful it is...loving the Halloween decorations too at this time of year, it's such a cosy space to relax in this autumn

I had the privilege of having a beautiful Indian Head Massage with Aimee today. It was exactly what I needed to relax and release a lot of tension. Aimee held the safest most nurturing space for me to relax in and did the most incredible massage to melt away all the tension I was holding. The 45 minutes left me feeling like I’d just spent the whole day at a luxurious spa - I left there feeling so relaxed and cared for. Highly recommend booking in, can’t wait to be back x
