I visited the Head Spa in Leeds for the first time having never experienced this treatment before. It was a fantastic experience, a real sensory treat. Nikki was so welcoming and professional and I left feeling peaceful and nurtured. The combination of hair treatment, massage and facial were truly relaxing. Would definitely book again.

My experience at Dragonfly Skin Spa in Leeds city centre was absolutely fantastic. Barbora, the massage therapist, worked wonders on my knots and tension. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend this spa.

The perfect escape! My partner and I loved the couple’s massage. The atmosphere was serene, the staff were professional, and we left feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to de-stress together!

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. Float and massage is the best combo you can have for the total relaxation. Will be back soon again. Thank you so much! :)x

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?

I booked a luxury facial along with my Mum as a treat. The team at Dragonfly were able to accommodate our appointments together and we were able to have our treatments in the same room at the same time with two therapists. The facial itself was so relaxing, and the products used tailored to our individual skin concerns. We both felt relaxed yet rejuvenated after our treatments and felt fully welcomed into the spa. I cannot recommend the setting, the team or the treatments strongly enough. Great for individuals, couples or similar and worth the money for a special treat.

I booked the 60 min float & Swedish massage to help with some aches and tension and to relax on a week off work. The float experience was great, I chose to keep the light on inside which was still low, gentle lighting. It was so relaxing, and felt fantastic to just float, take the weight off and not have any of my body resting against anything but water and be “forced” to relax, distraction free. The massage was absolutely fantastic. Nerissa was brilliant, adapting to what my body needed. I think I’ll finally sleep without shoulder pain tonight. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Returned to the spa after 3 months but this time to treat myself to a facial. I had a facial before a few years back but nothing of this level. The whole process was explained by the therapist before the treatment and during the treatment, mentioned what she was going to do before doing it. Many times she asked if I was comfortable…it was so relaxing, I must have dozed off a few times haha. This was an amazing experience.

I had a wonderful experience! The facilities were excellent. The spa was well decorated, clean, calm and modern. The staff were polite, friendly and professional. I enjoyed my floatation experience, it was so relaxing! The little touches like toiletries and tea after your treatment really added to the experience and made it feel luxurious. A special thank you to Kristine who was wonderful and really made my visit special.

Amazing experience. I have visited Dragonfly several times and it is, by far, the best spa I have ever been to. I always leave feeling relaxed, happy and floaty. Physical pain (back) reduced and psychologically, I have improved wellbeing.

This Sunday I visited Dragonfly Skin spa for a floatation and a sports massage. Can't recommend them enough. From First moment you walk in, you feel very relaxed and looked after. Definitely will visit again!!!
