We had a 90 minute couple’s massage. Both were great, really relaxing and thorough. The oil was lovely and warm, and we both came away in a zen-like, peaceful state. I would go back again and my husband said the same. He even drifted off during the back massage. If you are used to plush spa retreats like we are, the surroundings are not like these, but we just wanted a full body massage after a stressful month and this did the trick. The room was just ok but once you close your eyes and the massage starts it really doesn’t matter.

A truly wonderful experience at Spa Diamond today getting a hot stones massage. Fiona was really attentive throughout the experience. At the beginning and before getting started, she was keen to find out my preferences and, throughout the massage, I could tell she was feeling for places of tension and adapting her approach accordingly. She also focused really well on problem areas I had mentioned. Afterwards, she shared her expertise, including the physiological basis behind her approach, which was really interesting. Feeling a lot calmer and more relaxed - thanks again, Fiona!

Went here today after spending the weekend at Download for a much needed massage before heading back home. I had a Swedish full body provided by the lovely Minnie. The massage itself was brilliant, very relaxing and soothed my aching muscles. The spa is also very nice and inviting, good temperature and ambience. Very sad I don't live in the area but would definitely return if I'm down here again. 10/10

Went for a full body massage at Spa Diamond. Was my second time there and Minnie made be feel very welcome. I wanted my shoulders, neck and feet paid attention to as they had been tense recently and Minnie focused on them. My head ache disappeared and I feel very relaxed. 100% will be booking again.

My first time visiting Spa Diamond, I expected a slightly better welcome initially considering I’d never been before. I completed my health form when booking and was asked to pay the remaining balance on arrival. I was taken upstairs once the room was ready and had the add on experience described as a “before Spa Cocoon”, it advised wearing swimwear. I had no idea what to expect but imagined a bathing experience but it was like a seated zip up fabric Sauna. Boy it was hot. Was given water after that and it was very much needed. The Thai Oil Massage with Lin was amazing, couldn’t fault it!!

Really lovely massage today. Feeling very relaxed and happy. My appointment was at 11, after getting changed it was 10 past 11 and I thought it would finish at half 11 (some spa's have done this in the past) but no, the lady gave treatment for the full half hour ❤️ will be back. Thankyou

It’s always a pleasant experience at spa diamond. Although Rachel has been my favourite over the years but today Lin did my feet and back massage. Her hand is amazing. She used her traditional Thai techniques that really helped my sore feet and I came out very relaxed. I will highly recommend her. Thank you.

I recommend the Spa Diamond to everyone. It's great if you spend time relaxing with your partner. The Swedish massage was excellent and the bath was refreshing after it. The back is suddenly lighter and the hubby also feels better as well. The skin on my face is softer. We really needed this relaxation in a quiet environment permeated with amazing scents and relaxing music. Thanks to Rachel and Megan

I took my car across the road to the garage to get a service and was told it would take an hour so noticed this spa so headed over. Lexi booked me straight in and gave me the massage and she was amazing. I felt so welcomed and relaxed and the room was very well presented. Highly recommend!

My experience with Amber, the massage therapist, was excellent. She was friendly, professional, and attentive during the session. She took the time to understand my sciatica issues and focused on the key areas. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout. Lovely little salon hidden away in spondon. Becky was so attentive and full of advice. Great value for money and was such a pleasant experience- will be back for a colour in September :) highly recommend!

I treated myself to a wonderful back massage and facial with Laura and WOW! What a treat it was! The massage was amazing, mid to deep level which I what I love, had loads of knots that she worked on and my lower back, felt so much relief from that and also so relaxed, followed by amazing facial (definitely fell asleep in some parts) full deep cleanse with steam and hot towels, which just makes it all the more luxurious, and again amazing face, neck, should and scalp massage using aromatherapy oils. I honestly walked out there floating! Thanks so much Laura can’t wait for the next appointment x
