Great experience yet again. The sauna is always pre-heated when you arrive so it's lovely and toasty. It is helping with pain and discomfort and pain in my leg massively so I'm booked in for a couple more sessions. I've taken advantage of the great deals that are on. Thank you x

A very clean environnent. The sauna is first class. Great heat output, which you are able to control. You can also put some tunes on whilst relaxing. High recommended.

We really enjoyed the experience of the infrared sauna. Too early to rate on the health benefits this is supposed to provide but we are looking forward to the next session.

Now had our 4th session. Really enjoying the experience. Hoping it’s benefiting the body. Time will tell.

I can feel the toxins outing out, skin feels good only after 2 👌
