Great experience yet again. The sauna is always pre-heated when you arrive so it's lovely and toasty. It is helping with pain and discomfort and pain in my leg massively so I'm booked in for a couple more sessions. I've taken advantage of the great deals that are on. Thank you x

I had a fantastic treatment today with Lauren, She gave me a bamboo massage combined with an Indian head massage, and it was incredibly relaxing while also easing a lot of tension. Lauren made me feel completely at ease and tailored everything perfectly. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and so much better overall. Highly recommend!

A very clean environnent. The sauna is first class. Great heat output, which you are able to control. You can also put some tunes on whilst relaxing. High recommended.

I loved my Menopause Massage . Such a beautiful , relaxing treatment . Pressure was perfect and Lauren understood my needs completely. I could barely peel myself up off the couch when it was finished . I was so relaxed and chilled. The treatment room was lovely and cosy with relaxing tranquil music playing in back ground. I had the best night sleep afterwards too . Thank you Lauren, I will definitely be booking in for another one soon x

We really enjoyed the experience of the infrared sauna. Too early to rate on the health benefits this is supposed to provide but we are looking forward to the next session.
