I had such a wonderful experience today at Urban Retreat Spa. Sharon was absolutely amazing! So pleasant, warm, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She really took the time to understand my skin and customized the treatments to suit my specific needs. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and literally glowing. Highly recommend booking with her if you're looking for a personalized, professional, and rejuvenating facial!

Jewel was absolutely amazing! I didn’t want the facial to end. She made the experience so thoughtful and relaxing, even using the time while the masks were setting to give me the most soothing hand, arm, neck, and shoulder massage. Loved getting my facial done by Pat at Chaimspro Pickering - she’s such a pro, so kind and it was a very effective as well as relaxing experience. 5 stars amazing experience Been coming here since they opened and the salon and space always looks so so amazing, comfortable and inviting. I went to Jewel and she gave me pedicure with french tips and she did such an amazing job.
