I had such a wonderful experience today at Urban Retreat Spa. Sharon was absolutely amazing! So pleasant, warm, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. As someone living with intense anxiety and PTSD, finding a safe and supportive space for self-care can feel nearly impossible — but Ignite Your Soul Wellness Spa (Ajax) truly lived up to its name. From the moment I reached out, the staff made the entire experience incredibly comfortable and easy. I had what felt like a million questions, lots of changes, and quite a bit of back and forth, but every interaction was met with genuine empathy, patience, and kindness. Large crowds can be very triggering for me, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.

This was my first time visiting "ignite your soul" and they did not disappoint. My husband and I had the couples massage. My lower back and neck felt brand new after the session. My masseuse was thorough, attentive and caring. I highly recommend giving this spa a try. I see myself visiting again and again and again. Much thanks to the wonderful ladies who made my husband and I feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

I visited Ignite Your Soul for a relaxing head and foot massage, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Lola, my massage therapist, who immediately projected a positive and calming energy. The space was inviting, with cozy slippers and beverages offered to guests. The massage room was beautifully set up with soft music playing in the background and fresh flowers adding a lovely touch. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing. Lola’s technique was soothing, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire session.

Had such an amazing morning! I got the bliss package and I left feeling absolutely amazing. The massage was perfect and so was the facial..my skin feels and looks the best it has in a long time! The esthetician was very friendly, kind and confident in her work. I highly highly recommend her and the spa and will definitely be coming back and recommending the spa to others!

I can't believe this amazing spa was right under my nose all along. The name says it clearly. Your whole being smiles after a treatment. Sarah knew exactly where all my tense,knotted areas were and relieved them one after the other. My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. Krystal and Sarah are amazing, professional, yet they make you feel at home. Mary, the owner, super nice, caring and understands what you need. Thank you for being inspired to open such a wonderful healing place. I hghly recommend it and will return.

When I wanted to do something nice for my wife, I decided to give her a spa day. I looked on Google and found ignite your soul spa had amazing reviews. Based on these reviews I contacted them to book a spa day for my wife. From the beginning to the end the ladies at ignite were amazing,sweet, courteous and absolutely the best customer service. Susana was awesome in helping to plan the perfect spa day for my wife. Natalie absolutely did a mind blowing job my wife came out a new woman. she was so relaxed and happy. I got the $55 special with Natalie. It was honestly the best Spa experience I've had in a very long time!! I completely forgot the package includes Microdermabrasion, and this was my 1st time having this treatment. I really enjoyed it! Overall, I highly recommend this Spa and this particular package!!
