Love coming into the spa with the beautiful esthetics. My appointment was for laser hair removal with Shalini and as always she was very professional, checking in and asking how the progress has been coming along. Highly recommend ChaimsPro and Shalini!

Jewel was absolutely amazing! I didn’t want the facial to end. She made the experience so thoughtful and relaxing, even using the time while the masks were setting to give me the most soothing hand, arm, neck, and shoulder massage. I left feeling completely refreshed. This was exactly what I needed after a long week of work.

Loved getting my facial done by Pat at Chaimspro Pickering - she’s such a pro, so kind and it was a very effective as well as relaxing experience. Huyen was absolutely amazing. I did a Japanese HeadSpa & Hydrafacial Treatment together. Best facial I’ve ever had and it was my first time getting a HeadSpa… I am definitely going to be coming back here on a monthly basis. Don’t hesitate to book they are amazing, kind, detailed and make sure you’re okay throughout the entire service. Love the environment and atmosphere of this beautiful spa!!
