Received a complimentary fire and ice session from Jemima (manager of the Slow House) after I expressed concerns about the heat of the sauna in a previous session. I felt respected and valued as a customer. On the day, the staff were attentive, beautiful space, great experience. Left feeling refreshed and keen to return again. This is clearly a business which values their customers feedback and utilise it to make improvements. Thank you.

Slow house is always a pleasure - lovely kind staff, beautiful functional space, consistently high vibes. The infrared sauna is such a treat. I notice how energised and clear headed I feel afterwards. Will continue to return back.

I had an incredible pregnancy massage with Jackie. She is clearly so experienced and new just what was needed to relax and relieve sore muscles during pregnancy. I felt very at ease and looked after and would highly recommend Jackie!

I had the most beautiful deep tissue massage, an hour was not enough, I didnt want to get off the table. The room is beautiful and warm, it was peaceful and super clean. Im looking forward to my next visit

Great space to relax and enjoy a private sauna.

Beautiful space and wonderful service

Such a lovely, relaxing space with lovely staff. Sauna five ‘grating’ could have been cleaner, there were salts or fluff built up in it. Would definitely come back.

My visit to the CALMM is easily the best therapeutic experience Ive had. The space is beautifully simple and I felt like I was in a comforting cocoon during the FACE. Incredible massage Id recommend to all.

Great space for relaxation. The sauna room is very clean and calming. They give you a towel and water too. I will definitely go back!
