Ember Wellness Spa exceeded my expectations! The welcome was warm, instructions clear, and amenities top-tier with a mineral bath, Finnish sauna, and cold bath. Complimentary tea and a little dark chocolate treat added a perfect touch.

Absolutely beautiful space. The designers have not missed a beat. My massage was one of the best I have ever had. The quiet serenity is it's top selling point for me. My only negative would be the attitude of the perso on the front desk on arrival. Maybe they could lighten up a bit, stop taking themselves so seriously, be a little bit more welcoming. I was rather brusquely told to take a seat and wait my turn as soon as I entered. And they remained pretty cold - most of the staff otherwise were very nice, smiled in passing and had a friendly demeanour as they went about their business.

First time visit. Was very good. We have been to lots of 5 Star Spas in AUstralia and Asia. We had to ask for a bath robe after our massage. 1 of the people did not get asked any questions about pressure or sore areas and ended up having a much lighter massage than they were hopeful to get but did not feel comfortable asking which was a shame. We were unsure how long we were supposed to be in the bath house section as our massages started and ran late. Facilities were good but were over crowded at time as the pool was not big enough for more than 4 people that did not know each other.

My experience at Ember Bathouse was amazing the Arabian Oud Facial was so relaxing that I fell asleep for a little while. The combination of the facial and massage was perfect. The atmosphere and ambience of the Ember Bathhouse was truly unique. I will definitely be back to try the bathhouse experience using the various pools, saunas etc..

Some delicious moments lost in time at Ember; the experience is relaxing as you drift from one room to the other with a bathing aesthetic truly of its own. As a couple we experienced the plunge pools, saunas, steam room and a couples massage that melted all those knots in my neck. We will return ...

First time visiting Ember Bathhouse and it was really lovely. As soon as you walk in, you start to feel relaxed. The serenity, smell and quiet, makes you automatically slow down. I used the sauna and magnesium bath, as I'm not a fan of ice baths. Even at the end when you get to chill out with a tea and chocolate, that is a lovely touch to the whole experience. I will be back. Ember Bathhouse is - I believe - unique in Perth and an excellent experience. Having been to bathhouses in the Eastern States, I'm thrilled to have this option here in Perth. Everything was clean and worked well. I love that it's managed to so as to avoid crowding, and is very very peaceful. Small touches like delicious tea and option of vegan chocolate snack were appreciated. The quality of all aspects of the experience is really high. I especially liked the sauna. The temperatures of the cold and warm baths are great. My only wishes are jets in the hot bath and eucalyptus in the steam room.

So good! Staff super friendly. I had not been in about a year and you can tell that the place is being very well maintained. Steam room seems to have been upgraded (great steam), sauna awesomeness, pool (was always good) and plunge pool nice and COLD (my joints thank you). Tea and light snacks also plentiful and of superb quality. Finally, the cleanliness was top notch! It's hard to keep a facility like that in great condition, and often you see a deterioration in standard from which it was opened. Not Ember, this group clearly still has the passion. Can't wait for next time, thank you

Please consider adding more silent sessions. Two sets of friends chatted the entire time of my session whether in the sauna or bath. It was hard to get away from them and meant the experience wasn’t as restful. There are some silent sessions but they book out quickly indicating a wish for them!

Omg!! This place is not overated! Book yourself in now!! 90 minutes in the bathhouse before your treatment...steam room, sauna, ice bath and hot mineral pool...tea/ water/ nuts and chocolate all set in a beautiful ambiance....then your treatment...I'm a puddle of relaxation after a head massage and facial. Thank you Ember, I'll be back!!
