Our visit was a wonderful experience! We booked 3 hours and the Heavenly spa package as a couple and thoroughly enjoyed an hour massage, facial, body scrub, sauna and ended with a nice long soak in the most beautiful stone bath with tea & crackers ❤️ Beautiful ladies, great pressure for massages, lovely rooms! Definitely recommend

I’d like to give a big shout-out to my beauty therapist today, Lara. I had a wonderful and relaxing session! It’s always comforting to meet someone who speaks the same language and shares a similar background—it truly feels like being at home and connecting over shared experiences. Lara was very patient and thorough in explaining each step of the treatment, and her strong product knowledge made the session even better. The product I tried was gentle and pleasantly subtle, leaving my skin feeling refreshed. Two issues were the AC too strong, we had to change room and also interrupt by staff.

Loved my experience at Ganesha Wellness Spa. I recieved the Spa Package for my birthday and I enjoyed every minute. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and re-energized. The place was beautifully decorated and inviting, Jenny and Carmen were so lovely and accommodating, making sure I was comfortable and happy. Jenny fit me in at short notice, really appreciate her making it happen. Thanks to Carmen for my facial and massage, my skin feels great & I'm definitely less sore and tense in my shoulders/back. Looking forward to my EMS Contouring session. Highly recommend this. Big thanks to Jenny!

I can't remember feeling so relaxed and comfortable in decades as I felt in the Private Salt room. Being an introvert and valuing my own private space was luxurious. This experience in the Private room gave me an inkling as to what it must be like flying first class and being pampered.

Thank for you time, advise, care and time. I can’t wait to start my new routine tomorrow! The facial was sublime. You have created and warm and welcoming space. Thank from the bottom of my heart.💙

What a wonderful experience. I booked at the last minute as I woke with a sore throat & wanted to support my body as much as possible. I was welcomed warmly by Kat, who explained the process. I was lucky & had the room to myself. I had 45 minutes of relaxation on a comfy chaise longue in a beautiful salt filled healing environment. Being curious, I was shown the other rooms, including the new red room, a red light sauna type room along with a massage chair & red light face mask. I. Will. Be. Back!

I had the most amazing rejuvenating facelift massage with Barbara today! She was so welcoming, answered all my questions, and her tranquil salon made me feel instantly relaxed. The treatment was unlike anything I’ve had before, my skin feels refreshed and lifted. Barbara also gave great skincare advice without any pressure to buy. The finishing touch of beautiful tea and delicious chocolate made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommend Barbara for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating treatment! 🌸

The massage was good, but the room was too cold for my Parkinson's, the face rest was wongky and had a bad wooden frame that hurt my cheekbones and chin. But I'll be back, because one of your former employees from west java recommended the Bali B Spa.

Was a really good experience me and my partner did the half day spa treatment. Everything went well the only thing we didn’t like was we didn’t get asked any questions about if we were allergic to anything before having product put on our faces and during the hot tub which was amazing, the only down fall was the water wasn’t the warmest. Other than that, we would come again.

Us three ladies had a wonderful spa package. Massage, facial and foot massage. All staff were very professional and experienced. Lovely setting at Bali Beautique.

Barbara has a very kind and caring manner. You are made to feel welcome from the time you arrive and the treatment received was beautifully intentional and restorative.❤️
