Visited Manola today for a spa pedicure. It includes a wonderful pedicure and choice of beautiful nail polish. She had a cup of tea waiting which is customary which really makes you feel special. A beautiful experience in very clean and personal surroundings. I would not go back to a standard salon for a pedicure again. Thank you Manola

I visited Lift Your Soul Head Spa for the first time today, and it was one of the most calming experiences I’ve ever had. I included the Cooling mask treatment & am glad I did. The mask was absolutely divine. It made my scalp feel so clean & revived. It’s the perfect finishing touch that takes the experience to the next level. Catt took the time to ask how I was feeling & made sure the pressure throughout the massage was perfect. That kind of attentiveness made me feel so looked after. It’s the kind of experience everyone deserves to enjoy at least once, but trust me, once won’t be enough.

After two weeks of not being able to see Manola for my usual beauty treatments due to illness, Manola is so kind and caring, cannot thank her enough for the care and efforts she puts in to ensure my beauty needs are met. This morning I had a microdermabrasion…will always be one of my favourite beauty treatments to have done! It is a quick non-invasive procedure, is like a 'power-peel' that gives me a brighter skin tone and smooths my skin. My face feels so fresh and clear afterwards. I love MDs! ☺️

I had the most relaxing experience at Lift your soul head spa. I booked a Premium Head Spa to relieve some tension and it exceeded my expectations. The session included a Signature Head Spa, cool scalp scrub treatment, steaming hair mask treatment,arm,hand neck and shoulder massage,hot towel.The ambiance was incredibly calming, soft music, dim lighting, and a spotless space made it easy to unwind. Catt was kind and attentive, explaining each step and making sure I was comfortable the whole time I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good experience and self-care n stress relief

Much needed self-care for my pregnant self❤️ Juri was gentle, skillful and strong, the pressure was just perfect for me. She released a lot of tension on my upper back and my hips, I feel very relaxed throughout the treatment. Facial was amazing (something that I didn't expect as a part of the package, overlooked when I booked in with this mama brain) it was a lovely surprise! The tea, hot towel and chocolate at the end was just a sweet touch to wrap up a beautiful and relaxing treatment. Overall, beautiful spa, clean and aesthetically-pleasing too. Thank you ❤️

catt was the most wonderful person. her set up is fantastic and the spa is amazing. the dry brush to start was so relaxing and set the mood for the rest of the session. she took care in every step. making sure the water temp was just right, the pressure was spot on and that i felt comfortable. she even took the care to style my curly hair after. it has never looked better. i couldn’t recommend her highly enough. looking forward to going back many times! thank you catt.
