Couples massage with sauna and jacuzzi. Our spa day was beyond our expectations! The spa room is definitely worth the add on! We felt very spoilt and left feeling like we had a morning at the spa - all in the middle of Canberra!

I got the Liberer, a body wrap treatment and 30 mins in sauna/jacuzzi with some Altina bubbles. It was so relaxing, the masseuse was fantastic and I feel so refreshed. The products used are high quality and beautiful too. Their tea room is lovely to relax in afterwards. I’m not a sauna person and I don’t spend too long in heat, so I booked 30 mins for the jacuzzi which was plenty for me. Only notes I have are that the shower tiles in the private room are a bit loose so I slipped a couple of times, and I think one of the jets in the jacuzzi isn’t working properly as it kept sputtering water.

Amazing! Have wanted to try La Terre for a while now and they did not disappoint. Lovely hot stone massage followed by some spa/sauna time. Left feeling so relaxed. Will definitely be back.

My spa experience of a massage (90 minutes) and express facial with June was fantastic. Relaxing and professional, I appreciated the care and skill June had as she focussed on getting some nasty knots out that have been causing me alot of discomfort. Highly recommend.

An amazing day spa experience for myself and my daughter. The couples room is fantastic with 2 separate showers, infra-red sauna and a large spa. The meal provided was amazing and the fruit fresh and full of flavour. My daughter is vegan & she received a special vegan platter. The treatments were unbelievable and I am really impressed with the quality of this spa. Highly recommended.

I haven't felt so relaxed in a very long time - the location is so beautiful and relaxing inside, it was like having a weight lifted off my shoulders as soon as I stepped in the door. The massage itself (a hot stone, part of the Chill to Thrill package) was wonderful, I can't say enough good things! I will definitely be back!

Received a gift voucher and booked the Éblouissant (Dazzling) experience with Lynn. It was absolutely amazing , exfoliation then a fantastic shower followed by probably the best massage I have ever had. The whole experience from start to finish was just wonderful and relaxing with a ginger tea after was divine. I would highly recommend this day spa. Thank you Lyna ( and the La Terra team).

I recently visited La Terra Day Spa for the first time, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, setting the tone for a peaceful visit. The staff greeted me warmly, and their friendly demeanor made me feel welcome right away. The room was beautifully set up to enhance the tranquil vibe, and the massage therapist Yun was not only professional but also very kind. She ensured I was comfortable throughout the session, frequently checking in on the pressure to ensure it was just right. I definitely will be coming back again.

Massage was sensational. Reason for 4 stars was sauna not turned on so we didn’t get to use that as part of our package which was pretty disappointing. Also felt very rushed with tea etc being brought in while we were getting into the spa. They used to prepare the tea and you’d have it out in the foyer.

From the moment you walk into La Terra you instantly start to relax. I had the most wonderful relaxation massage with Jessie today who took my concerns re surgical scars and arthritic joints into account. I have never left a massage so relaxed ( almost wondered how I would drive home) but the chance to sit quietly with a warm drink, comfy chair and blanket just added to the experience. I will definitely be returning.
