The head spa and scalp massage were heavenly — soothing, refreshing, and left my hair feeling amazing. Chị An was absolutely wonderful, so skilled and gentle, and made the whole experience extra special. I walked out feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

The service was so lovely with heaps of nice details like heat packs and a delicious tea at the end. The headspa was so relaxing! Great value. I also asked for extra blankets and to add a style on at the end which they were happy to accommodate. Would absolutely recommend this as a little lux escape.

The sauna room is private, clean and incredibly relaxing. 30 minutes felt like 5 and I walked out feeling so calm and refreshed. Thank you to the lovely Sharni for walking me through how to get the most out of my sauna session before starting.

I absolutely love charmaine, everytime we visit Breathe she greets us with the biggest smile and best attitude! Love the infrared saunas, the room is big and the lighting is dim and you feel really Zen being in there. Fast forward to cryo, brightly lit and freeeeeezing! Will definitely shock the Zen out of you! Also, love the sodii hydration drink they provide. All round 10 out 10 experience everytime. Thank you

Ying always provides an amazing massage experience. She is very holistic in the way she provides her massage services ensuring that I leave 100% happy with all my troubled areas addressed. The wellness centre atmosphere allows me to feel transported to a very relaxed beautiful space. Her exquisite artworks are a sight to behold and add much to the experience. Especially the amazing full wall artwork in the main spa space. Incredible. Thanks Ying

Had my first massage with Ying (who is the owner). The most incredible experience I have ever had. The massage was unlike anything in Adelaide. Attention to detail, care and relaxing and beautiful space. Have already rebooked. If your after an extraordinary experience then this is definitely the centre.

Abby does an amazing job. Last minute I requested a facial instead of a sauna and there were no issues in changing the service. The massage and facial were so relaxing, I had to sit in my car before driving off. It’s well worth the expense.

Cece did a amazing job with the head spa felt very well looked after and dried my hair very nicely with a cup of tea. Will definitely be back :) highly recommend

This was my second lymphatic drainage massage & once again Abby did not disappoint. I also had a sauna which was nice. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this experience and the benefits you gain.

Booked in for a 90 min treatment including a full body massage, facial and Japanese head spa. Was amazing and felt thoroughly relaxed ever since! Will be getting my nails done next week there and definitely going back for that package again!
