Sophie was very good with her technique - she was very light handed and I felt no discomfort throughout the entire process. I often struggle with my eyes watering under a heavy hand and this was experience was very calm. My only critique is that Sophie did not converse with me much which I found a little uncomfortable. I didn’t have much of an indication of what was going on which is usually preferred during a lash appointment.

This was my first appointment with Jess and she was fantastic. Not only did we have an amazing chat, she was so gentle I barely noticed anything she was doing. I’m usually super sensitive to a lash lift but this was the most pleasant experience. Jess also made me part of the planning process, checking what shape and colour I was hoping to achieve. Could not recommend her enough, I’ll be back!

I am very happy with my first visit. Hannah was absolutely lovely and very professional. She asked wanted type of lashes l wanted - l am very happy with my full set. I would definitely recommend HAVExtensions to other people.
