After hours of Google searching for the right Stylist I came upon Giulia. From the second I walked in to the salon I felt so welcomed and comfortable. I knew from just that, she was going to be amazing! She did not disappoint AT ALL. Now she is stuck with me, lol. Thank you Giulia!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this salon!! From the second you walk in you’re treated like family and made to feel so comfortable. I got my hair cut and colored by Ena and she was AMAZING!! She was so kind and thoughtful when doing my hair checking in with me along the way making sure I was good! I wasn’t totally sure the color I wanted and Ena worked with me to find the PERFECT natural look while still making sure It was noticeable! Silvana also helped with coloring and washing my hair, she was so kind and comforting along the way! Amazing experience I can’t wait to go back!

Ena is an artist! She really took her time with my hair which I appreciate. I had red hair from another salon prior and she helped me highlight and lighten my hair without damaging it. Will be going back!

Giulia knocked it out of the park! She took my dry, damaged, long hair and make it look healthy, chic, and modern. She did an excellent job communicating with me as to what she was going to do, how much she was going to cut, etc. which I definitely appreciated since I wanted to remain as much length as possible. I found my new salon!

Giulia is an absolute hair goddess. She knows what colors & cuts will look gorgeous on those who visit her salon, & is so focused on making sure the person in her chair has the best experience & end result possible. I was sooooo impressed with what she could tell about my hair habits just by looking at my hair, and her recommendations were absolutely spot on. She has the best energy—the time at her salon passes in a flash because you’re laughing, sharing stories and just having an incredibly positive experience. I recommend her unreservedly for anyone that wants to show their hair love!! 10/10

Everyone at the salon was very nice and welcoming. I was even offered a coffee when I arrived! Hairdresser Sandra was very knowledgeable and gave me a beautiful curly haircut. The hair washing experience was also amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional. Beautiful salon, and it smells amazing! G made is so comfortable and extremely friendly. On top of all that, she did an amazing job. I most definitely will be making frequent visits whenever I'm in the city and/or need a fresh cut. You did amazing G. I had a wonderful experience at Decode salon. It is a very relaxing, spa-like environment with comfortable chairs. The staff is amazing! They are the most skilled and talented at their craft. They care about your wants and needs while giving you their professional recommendations to further enhance your look. They are also kind and look after your well being, offering snacks, drinks, and takeout. I will keep returning, because I have never experienced this level of skill and kindness anywhere else!

its my first time at haiier salon and got a lovely hair cut from this place! my hair is very thick yet ryan took his time to perfect it. the place is not overcrowded and fast paced like other hair salons in flushing. I enjoyed my time thoroughly and will come back!

Rex was amazing, detailed oriented and made sure every strand was perfect. I switched to this salon because my old salon changed stylists and they did such a sloppy job on my dye. Rex fixed it and I do not regret coming to DeCode salon.

We had a Christmas family hair cut at Haiier salon, Rain was very professional and gave great recommendations, and the other staff were super friendly as well, decors were nice and clean, very comfortable. Great place to get the haircut.

For 15 years I have done my hair myself and today for the first time I teared to see myself in the mirror after coming out from getting my hair done by Gean Legaspi. The self confidence and Beauty that her work makes me feel is amazing. She is charismatic and very approachable. The safe space she provides for a client is amazing. Anyone that is interested in getting quality work with someone that’s attentive to detail and can make you feel great is definitely her. She can make wonders and her work speaks louder than words.
