Wonderful experience. My first time getting my brows shaped here and she was so lovely. She was efficient but also took her time, made me feel looked after. Some of my experiences with brow salons is “get in get out” but despite other waiting customers she kept checking that i was satisfied and that it was even before letting me go. Will definitely be my go-to now.

I have just had permanent makeup done on my eyebrows with Joanne and I'm so happy with them. The procedure was done in a very peaceful environment with lovely relaxing music.
