I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this incredible salon, and I am beyond impressed! The staff are all exceptionally skilled, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered and relaxed. The beauty therapist I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. Every treatment was performed with such precision and care. Kirsten gave me the most amazing massage and charolette finished the reatnof my treatment with a hopi ear candlening giving me instant relief from my sinus pain. I had a nail appointment with Lauren today for BIAB. I’m new to getting my nails done and have been going to the same tech/salon for a few months and getting constant infills. It turns out they weren’t being honest about the health of my nails and about removal between infills. Lauren was not only lovely in general but so so honest! She educated me a lot and asked me to stay in touch with photos of my damaged nails. I will definitely be returning for a service when my nails are healthier ☺️

I took my autistic niece to get her hair down with Charlotte. Everyone made us feel welcome and Charlotte made my niece feel at ease and explained everything she was doing. This was brilliant as my niece gets overwhelmed with her autistim. Definitely will be back as the salon was so autistim friendly!

I have been going to Kristine for years for colour & extensions and she understands my hair so well, I never leave disappointed. I love how attentive the whole team are and the atmosphere throughout the salon is always welcoming and cheerful. I took my little boy (10 months old) today for his first hair cut as I wouldn’t trust anyone else with his hair, Kristine & Leigh were both so patient with us and he was more than welcomed in the salon by all the girls! I had my nails done today at Beauty by Karen Holmes, and I’m absolutely delighted with them! From the moment I arrived, Karen made me feel so welcome — especially as I’ve just moved to Hamilton and was looking for a new beauty therapist. She took her time, paid so much attention to detail, and the finish is perfect. I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be back. Highly recommend x

Chloe is an absolute star! She worked her magic on my colour today, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Today I had an Intensive Hair Treatment, Halo Head Massage & Blow Dry as part of a Blue Light Offer, and it was such an incredible experience! My hair was feeling dry and damaged, but the treatment left it feeling soft, shiny, and full of life. The massage was so relaxing—it was the perfect way to unwind after a busy week. The Blow Dry was styled exactly how I wanted, and I left the salon feeling amazing. I’m so grateful for this Blue Light Offer—it’s such a thoughtful way to treat those of us in frontline services.
