I had a nail appointment with Lauren today for BIAB. I’m new to getting my nails done and have been going to the same tech/salon for a few months and getting constant infills. It turns out they weren’t being honest about the health of my nails and about removal between infills. Lauren was not only lovely in general but so so honest! She educated me a lot and asked me to stay in touch with photos of my damaged nails. I will definitely be returning for a service when my nails are healthier ☺️

Awesome service as always with Eva we discussed my hair and what was the best option to grow it out. I also had the added bonus of getting my eyebrows waxed as well which was amazing. Thank you for fitting me in.

I had my makeup done by Kirsten today, and she was absolutely fantastic! She listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. The end result was stunning – I felt so confident and received so many compliments. Her attention to detail and skill are incredible. I can’t recommend her enough and will definitely be back!

I booked in last minute for makeup and Eva did a fantastic job, exactly what I asked for, absolutely love it!! I even mentioned I would love to have got my hair curled and she kindly offered to do that too! The shop is beautiful inside and Eva was just so lovely!! Today I had an Intensive Hair Treatment, Halo Head Massage & Blow Dry as part of a Blue Light Offer, and it was such an incredible experience! My hair was feeling dry and damaged, but the treatment left it feeling soft, shiny, and full of life. The massage was so relaxing—it was the perfect way to unwind after a busy week. The Blow Dry was styled exactly how I wanted, and I left the salon feeling amazing. I’m so grateful for this Blue Light Offer—it’s such a thoughtful way to treat those of us in frontline services. Had an absolutely fabulous day at Halo. Got a neck back and shoulder massage which was incredible, then a wash and blow dry where I may have fell asleep cause it was so relaxing lol and finished off with makeup done by Kirsten which was gorgeous. Also special thank you to the ladies in the shop, when I arrived it turned out I had accidentally booked the wrong treatments but they were so accommodating and sorted me with what I wanted. I left feeling totally revived and will definitely be back 😊

Can't recommend highly enough. Got make up done and hair up for a wedding. Looked fab, felt fab and will definitely use there services again. Lauren was the amazing woman on the make up, listening to what I wanted and made it look even better! Unfortunately I'm not sure of name of girl who done my hair (Serenity please comment) however she was another angel who listened and made my hair looked fab. If you have a special occasion get to Serenity. Xx
