As always Emma was fab - she knows how customers feel and administers treatments in a caring way. She is always aware of customers concerns and addresses them. Very knowledgeable of the products she is using. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fabulous as always! Love coming to Park West. The staff feel like friends, and are always so welcoming. I've had numerous treatments, in different salons but yet to find anyone who is as good as Jocelyn at massage. She is fabulous at her job and her customer service skills are first class. I’ve got to say it was amazing. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do a lot . That’s the beauty of the 1-2-1 easy to talk and Anne Margaret was fantastic really put me at ease . The reiki was absolutely brilliant.

I was literally terrified 😳 but my brows needed major attention.. This beautiful young lady was highly recommended & from the moment we met I felt completely comfortable. Adrienne explained in GREAT detail exactly what would happen from start to finish. I was so relaxed I didn’t even notice that I had been lying on the bed for 2 hours. I felt no pain & I truly mean that !!! she is just amazing and anyone looking to have work done please please look no further than The Brow Artist ( Hamilton ) You’ll love her just like I did 💜💜
