Fantastic service as usual. Steph is very professional and friendly at the same time, she just makes you feel at home from the moment you get there. Steph keeps up to date with new treatments that are out there, then will decide whether or not they are the ones for her to introduce to her clients or not. Would recommend her to anyone.

So glad I found The Glow Room, Lucy is the most loveliest and beautiful person ever she made me feel so comfortable with my skin even though it’s a big insecurity of mine and listen to all of my concerns and was honest about what treatments would work best for my skin and reassured me to trust the process and I’m really glad I did as I’m now on my 4th microneedling session and seen a huge improvement in my skin.

Gem is a very professional multitalented beautician. Most beauticians don’t do waxing or other therapies, whereas she covers all sorts of things in a professional manner such as intimate waxing, eyebrows, manicures and pedicures, massage, etc. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she’s totally the best and she’s also a lovely person and such fun to talk to. Another incredible treatment with Lucy, I have been having regular facials for the last few years and my skin is just getting better and better. I would never have the confidence to be seen without a full face of makeup a few years ago, but my skin is so much clearer and brighter now. I have recently moved to Basingstoke. I was looking for a beauty salon close by. Dee is both personable and professional. I had full legs waxed. It went so quickly and was done with great care. Excellent service , a lovely lady I highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience, by a super friendly and professional beautician. I get anxious with new places, however, I felt instantly relaxed, and the whole appointment was like I was chatting with a friend. I'm super happy with how my nails turned out, and everything was explained. Great products were used, and I can't wait to see the journey of my nails growing with BIAB.

Love everything about this beautician, comfortable setting, lovely lady and perfect at her job.

Gem is a fantastic beautician, but she’s especially outstanding and very quick at intimate waxing. She always talks to you while she’s doing it so you don’t have time to think about it and she’s so quick at it, so it’s all over and done within half an hour max. Her salon is also really clean and she uses really nice products. Thank you so much for it Gem. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had a Korean lash lift done a week ago and I can honestly say it was a great investment. My lashes are still looking amazing and it’s saving me so much time in the mornings as I don’t need to wear any makeup. Steph was absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience. She made me feel completely at ease and was super professional. What really impressed me was that she managed to lift my lashes when no one else has ever been able to do that before. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend her ❤️
