Can’t say enough good things about Roland! The first time we met he pointed out my long hair was 4” longer on one side! I was all in favor of my last stylist not cutting too much - but this was ridiculous! This time I went to see if a little layering around my face would make my very fine hair look thicker. After taking a LOT of (completely unhurried) time to discuss how I normally manage my hair (as little as possible!) we agreed layers would be too much work for someone totally defeated by a round brush! Instead he did a minimal but effective blunt cut that is perfect! Highly recommend!
