Had my nails done by Willow, a very talented young lady who was not only professional but made the entire experience feel personal and warm. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she was so kind throughout. I love the after care kit I got on leaving, also a small gift as it was my birthday. First time here getting a excellent back and scalp massage and my nails done. I highly recommend it. Charlotte gets to the root cause of the issue and made me feel so relieved and lighter. Great service with competitive pricing. Lovely lady, very professional, lovely tea, great communication and atmosphere with very calm relaxing music. I'll definitely be returning.
