Shannon is fantastic. Nails last the 4 weeks with no chips. She's lovely to talk to. Always remembers wee things I've told her. Highly recommend And all the girls in Jem are so welcoming!

Charlotte- as always an amazing wee treat for myself- nails done, eyebrows on fleck and the most relaxing facial and of course a great massage too! - u have the magic touch. This was my first time at Chillhouse, I booked in for gel nails and a dig deep back massage. So happy with my nails, they feel so healthy and strong. The massage was so relaxing, Charlotte is amazing. I felt very comfortable and looked after, I’ll definitely be back!

Regular visits now to keep my nails and cuticles in good shape, can tell the difference this treatment is having. Great.

Wonderful atmosphere and very friendly staff. I only get to visit the salon when I am off on school holidays as I work in school meals. Considering that my hands get a lot of abuse on a ,daily basis, the results are very pleasing and I admire the results and can't stop looking at my hands. A five star rating for these girls.
