charlie is very friendly and is so easy to chat to. She is very helpful in explaining everything she will do and is happy to answer any questions you have. My nails are amazing and everything that i wanted. Very skilled and amazingly done thankyou xx

I had a migraine during my appointment, and she was very understanding and adjusted the light to help me feel more comfortable. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience relaxing.
