My husband and I received a 90-minute body massage. Jessica was wonderful. Unfortunately, my masseuse (I don’t recall her name) was disappointing. She seemed less experienced, and her flow and technique were lacking.

I’m a first-time mom and waited six months to finally take care of myself. And I’m so glad that I went to serenity zen spa because they made me feel so comfortable and the massage was incredible! Hopefully I won’t wait another six months to come back lol! The massage was pretty reasonably priced and honestly well worth each penny.

Rose and Lily always have the gentlest touch! I’ve been seeing them and other therapists for over a year and getting massages here has helped me with my stress so much. 10/10 would recommend to anyone to get a membership if you want to invest in some relaxation

The best massage experience on this side of town. Booked an experience for my Mom and I. She suffers from arthritis and this massage really helped relieve a lot of her stiff muscles and joints. It's nice to see her relaxed. Our masseuse Mindy and Linda have great work ethic. They are skilled and trustworthy. We will definitely be coming back.

Able to make an appointment through Fresha site. I had to reschedule which was also a breeze through the online booking system. Checkin is easy, I was told about what add-ons, but not pressured.. Got the hot stone and essential oils and was shown to my room. There are lockers in front with the key bracelet, but the room had plenty of space to store my personal stuff. My therapist was very good, asked about pressure and I was so relaxed I think I knocked out for a few minutes. Service - from the front desk to the therapist, it was an great experience. Open 7 days a week which is awesome.

I chanced upon Serenity Zen on Yelp and was able to make an appointment through Fresha. Checkin is easy breezy, they don't do the hard upsell but did inform me about what was available. Lockers in front with the key bracelet thing but the rooms have plenty of space to store personal stuff. Nice quiet ambiance. Service - from the front desk to the therapist to getting on my way, a great experience. Parking - Not sure how it gets during rush, but I can imagine you'd be getting some steps in if you scheduled around that time.
