I had a fantastic experience with Brid for prenatal reflexology. She was very reasurring regarding how I must be feeling ahead of having my first baby and gave me specific tips for relaxation during labour/stressful periods generally. It was my first time having reflexology and felt very relaxed and in professional hands!

Brid is an incredible therapist and I feel very lucky to be able to experience her work (reflexology, reiki and zone facelift).
