Amazing once again first time having a deep tissue massage in a long time and after doing a charity hike the weekend before it was well needed, the right pressure and felt the tension releasing. Amy was tentative and asking if the pressure was ok throughout highly recommend

As always, absolutely loved my visit to ELITE Retreat! I had a foot spa (free and part of package), Indian head massage and a dermaplaning facial. All were incredibly relaxing and just what I needed after a long day at work. I was welcomed with a lush fruit smoothie and even got a lovely goodie bag to celebrate ELITE’s first birthday! Felt so pampered, thank you Nat!

I had a massage with Gemma today…… I’ve been going to her for waxing for several months and could not be happier with that…. She’s very thorough and we do laugh a lot!! I had a fantastic massage that left me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely at ease. The therapist was professional and skilled at finding all the right spots. The atmosphere was calming as well. Highly recommend to anyone in need of stress relief or muscle recovery!

I regularly have a massage with Karen - she provides an excellent service. She is extremely professional and understands her clients needs. Today I experienced a new treatment MLD. I was feeling very sensitive due to Crohn’s symptoms and Karen suggested MLD might help. It was a relaxing treatment, that was soothing and,most importantly, has resulted in a real improvement. I would definitely recommend.
