Another great sports massage by Josh, while also trying dry cupping. Really achy and sore quads and hamstrings following Hyrox race and Josh recommended the relevant treatment which was completed professionally and friendly. I feel so much better for it.

Lovely experience with Jessica. The room was warm, soft lighting and gentle music, soft furnishings, lighting and bottled water completed the relaxing environment. Jessica was great, the massages were fantastic-just what I needed. I felt safe, pampered and relaxed. Jessica brings a warming yet professional presence. After injuring my back I contacted Emma for her advice. She didn’t rush me into an appointment, and advised waiting until inflammation had settled. I’ve just had my second appointment and can’t recommend her enough, I really believe Emma’s primary concern is her clients well-being and there was no pressure to book in for future appointments, allowing me to see how I felt first. The studio is warm and relaxing, having been a little sceptical previously, I am most definitely a convert and can’t thank Emma enough.
