I had a really lovely Indian Head Massage at Space and Sound with Louise. The room felt calm and cosy, and Louise was so welcoming. The treatment itself was a dream - I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and really glad I’d taken an hour for myself. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a full body lymphatic drainage massage post-op and it was honestly amazing. I felt so light afterwards, like a huge amount of pressure had been lifted from my body. As soon as I stood up, I genuinely felt like I was floating. The treatment itself was really gentle but incredibly effective, you can feel it working without any discomfort. It’s made such a difference to any swelling and overall comfort. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much more mobile. Would 100% recommend for anyone recovering post-surgery or dealing with water retention.

I went to Sian at Align Therapy in Swansea after 2–3 months of shoulder pain, worried I’d damaged my rotator cuff. Thankfully, it turned out to be muscle tension, and after just one treatment I felt so much better! Sian is professional, kind, and so easy to talk to — I only wish I’d gone sooner instead of waiting months. After three treatments I feel as good as new, and I even tried acupuncture today which was a really lovely experience. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. Incredibly relaxing. Environment peaceful, warm and beautifully decorated. Head massage with products outstanding loved the cold eye mask. Felt so chilled leaving the salon

I have been having lots of aches and pains in late pregnancy in my back and this massage really helped alleviate a lot of this. I felt so relaxed during and after I felt really refreshed and felt able to walk with less pain. Sara was very professional and checked I was okay before and after. One of the best, thank you 😊

I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Renee today and it was such a lovely experience. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but she made me feel completely comfortable from the start and explained everything as she went. The treatment was really gentle but you could feel it working, and I left feeling lighter and more relaxed. Renee is clearly very knowledgeable and intuitive – she was able to pick up on areas of congestion and tailor the treatment accordingly, which gave me a lot of confidence. I’ll definitely be booking again and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend the Swansea Clinic of Natural Medicine. Not only did Simon successfully treat my injury but also provided great advice on probable cause and ways to prevent the injury recurring.

I had an appointment today with Rebecca at Align Therapies in Swansea to treat lower back pain. Rebecca was very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend her.

I visited Headspace today for a pre-Christmas treat and WOW what an experience. Ciah was so welcoming, friendly and professional and I felt instantly relaxed from the moment I stepped in. I had the most wonderful Celestial treatment which consisted of a head, neck and shoulder massage along with a head scrub, steam and treatment - it was magical. I can’t wait to visit again xxx

I have never experienced an Indian head massage before and this was incredible!! My back, neck and shoulders were all massaged which most therapists don’t usually include. The treatment was so relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. I had a fantastic night sleep after this treatment. Louise is a relaxing and professional therapist I really recommend her.
