I’ve been coming to KH therapies for a few years now, and no other place compares for massages. Katie makes you feel so welcome, you instantly feel relaxed and the massages are 10/10. It’s the only place I can go to for a massage and not worry if I fall asleep, meaning I can totally relax. I wouldn’t go anywhere else 🥰

The best Sports Massage in Stourbridge!

I had a 30 minute pregnancy massage with Jo today and it was so so so relaxing! The room was lovely and warm and I felt very comfortable on the bed. Jo is so skilled and I left feeling so lovely and relaxed. Thank you so much, I reckon I'll be booking again before baby girl arrives!x

I have been going to Jaimie for massages for a year now. She is professional, caring and fantastically skilled. I have had various massage treatments over many years and she is head and shoulders above the rest. I suffer from back, neck and shoulder tension through my job, and regular visits to Jaimie is a life saver. Spotless new premises, I have recommended Jaimie to others for relaxing massages or from complex injuries, knowing she will definitely do her utmost for client satisfaction and results. I've been to Holly several times now to manage the pain in my neck and shoulder. From the first appointment, my pain has reduced, and the range of movement is so much better! Holly sets a very relaxing atmosphere and makes you feel comfortable straight away. I highly recommend Holly for both massages and acupuncture.

I just had the best sports massage! I went in feeling very tight, and by the time I left, I was so much more relaxed. Holly knew exactly where to work and really got into those tense spots. The relief was instant, and I could feel a big difference right away. I’ve already booked my next session. If you need to get rid of muscle tension, this is the place to go. Five stars, hands down!

Brilliant experience. Stephanie discussed the massage and what would take place before starting. It was a very respectful and relaxing experience. Stephanie was friendly and talked throughout which also helped make it more relaxing. Would 100% recommend.

Thoroughly recommend the deep tissue massage if you have tightness. I can now walk up the stairs so much easier after the massage. Katie knows how to hit the spot, tuning into the right areas. So relaxing as well as I fell asleep ! Thank you!

My Lymphatic massage was an amazing and calming experience. Steph is very professional yet endearing. Her hands are like a whisper. Very soothing. She answered all my questions as well, so you can tell that she knows her stuff because she educated me on some of the misinformation regarding lymphatic massages. I will definitely be back for more. I had the most amazing lymphatic Drain Massage with Steph today, greeted with a huge warm, friendly welcome as always, and what an amazing experience, Steph explained in depth all about the lymphatic system & how it works , along with the benefits of what todays session would be. I actually relaxed for the full hour & nodded off at times, Immediately afterwards I felt energised & refreshed within. Absolutely highly recommended you will not be disappointed!
