Emma is such an absolute gem. She is so highly skilled, knowledgable and experienced in all facets of her treatments it's a pleasure to be her customer. Today I had a 30min back, neck and shoulder massage to address significant pain due to muscle knots and tension and she honestly left me speechless. It was such a good treatment - just incredible. Katie was a total babe! Super friendly and accommodating. The beds are comfy as are the pillows. Katie was so easy to speak to and the wax is perfect! She has an excellent attention to detail. Emma managed to get my eyebrows looking lovely despite the sparse, messy state they were in when I came in 😅. 30-min massage: Emma mixed relaxing effleurage with deep, therapeutic tissue massage to really loosen up the tension in my problem areas. Left feeling happy, relaxed and refreshed as usual!

I've left with super neat eyebrows, feeling so relaxed from the massage. Emma tailored the massage to my particular needs and preferences which has really dealt with the tension I had. Overall a lovely, restorative appointment, as usual!

Amazing massage - Emma really doesn't hold back when it comes to therapeutic massage. My neck, shoulders and back feel looser than they have in ages. The whole experience was super relaxing and cozy - 'just what the doctor ordered'! My eyebrows look so neat and well shaped from the waxing, too.
