Emma is such an absolute gem. She is so highly skilled, knowledgable and experienced in all facets of her treatments it's a pleasure to be her customer. Today I had a 30min back, neck and shoulder massage to address significant pain due to muscle knots and tension and she honestly left me speechless. It was such a good treatment - just incredible. Emma managed to get my eyebrows looking lovely despite the sparse, messy state they were in when I came in 😅. 30-min massage: Emma mixed relaxing effleurage with deep, therapeutic tissue massage to really loosen up the tension in my problem areas. Left feeling happy, relaxed and refreshed as usual!

Amazing massage - Emma really doesn't hold back when it comes to therapeutic massage. My neck, shoulders and back feel looser than they have in ages. The whole experience was super relaxing and cozy - 'just what the doctor ordered'! My eyebrows look so neat and well shaped from the waxing, too.

Excellent deep tissue massage. Very relaxing but firm where needed. Emma is lovely and makes you feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable. Have booked a pedicure and will continue with the deep tissue massage as it seems to be helping.

From setting relaxing lighting, music and decor, to taking care over the massage oil choice and areas of focus. All in all, a really relaxing time. I got my eyebrows waxed and a 30-min ritual massage. Emma is always very caring and makes the whole experience very relaxing. She combines my wishes with her expertise to give me the best eyebrow shape possible. The massage is simultaneously deep tissue/therapeutic yet relaxing. Very happy!
