Katie was a total babe! Super friendly and accommodating. The beds are comfy as are the pillows. Katie was so easy to speak to and the wax is perfect! She has an excellent attention to detail. Really relaxing couples massage with Katie and Kirsty, me and my partner both loved it.

Emma is such an absolute gem. She is so highly skilled, knowledgable and experienced in all facets of her treatments it's a pleasure to be her customer. Today I had a 30min back, neck and shoulder massage to address significant pain due to muscle knots and tension and she honestly left me speechless. It was such a good treatment - just incredible. Emma managed to get my eyebrows looking lovely despite the sparse, messy state they were in when I came in 😅. 30-min massage: Emma mixed relaxing effleurage with deep, therapeutic tissue massage to really loosen up the tension in my problem areas. Left feeling happy, relaxed and refreshed as usual!

If you know about polyvagal theory and the nervous system, Ellen is a magical resetting machine. The psychological safety that is felt in my body during and after a session with Ellen, really helps me to relax into the moment and reset for the next day. Thank you Ellen
